Our carbon fibre water-fed pole systems allow us to clean windows at heights of up to 80 feet from ground level, reducing the need for working at height and demonstrating our commitment to the safety of our employees, clients and members of the public.

Rope Access
Our Rope Access technicians enable us to clean sites in challenging locations and conditions.
Our experienced technicians are trained to IRATA standards and our site supervisors have achieved a Level 3 Certificate.
All Rope Access works are carried out within the strict instructions laid down in each site-specific health and safety package which includes a Risk Assessment, Method Statement and a Working at Height Rescue Plan this is in line with the IRATA Code of Practice - ICOP
Our rope access team also carry out cladding and facia cleaning, poster erection, de-vedging, re-lamping, painting, pointing and installation of pidgeon spiking and netting.
Cradle/BMU Access
Our teams are trained for the use of Cradle / BMU’s on buildings across the country.
Each building has its own unique system which means that site specific training is required for each site.
Our health and safety system includes pre work surveys which capture all the required information to allow us to prepare the appropriate risk assessments and method statements for each individual site.
Our operatives also carry out and document pre-work checks on a daily basis before commencing work.
